Chris has been a stylist and colorist for over 30 years and has owned Razing Hair since 1997. Before becoming a salon owner Chris was an educator for Paul Mitchell for 5 years. He attended the Sassoon academy and has trained vigorously with Schwarzkopf USA among many other educational classes. Chris believes education breeds success and trains all of his staff to his standards.

Trained as a professional chef, Dee started out in the food service industry. About 15 years ago she accepted a temporary position as a salon coordinator and never looked back. Nicole has been working at Razing Hair since 2018. She began assisting before transitioning to the nail department. She has numerous certifications including but not limited to: makeup artistry, lash extensions, lash/brow perming, lash/brow tinting, waxing, and nail art.

Mary has been a valued member of the Razing Hair team since 2014. She began her journey as a junior stylist, training closely under salon owner Chris Cook and completing both Foundations I & II- a Sassoon-based technical program known for its precision and artistry. Over the years, Mary has earned numerous professional certifications, including Keratin and Brazilian Blowout treatments, expanding her expertise in both styling and hair health. In her dual role as a senior stylist and manager of our junior team, Mary brings both leadership and heart to everything she does. Her commitment to excellence, technical skill, and genuine care for every guest are evident the moment you sit in her chair. Whether she's mentoring emerging talent or creating a personalized look for a client, Mary's passion for the craft of hair is unmistakeable.

Esthetician
Sabrina is a NYS licensed esthetician with a true passion for all things beauty. Facials and eyelash extensions are her main focus. She has taken many Repechage trainings to elevate your facial experience.

Rene's career as a Hair Stylist/Colorist has spanned decades and taken her from Manhattan to her salon in East Hampton....and now to Bayport! Her philosophy on hair is simple...Start with a healthy well conditioned head of hair and a beautifully crafted haircut. Add shiny, vibrant hair color. Show the person what to use to keep their hair in optimum condition and what tools work best; as well as a variety of styling options. She always starts with a consultation to examine the hair and determine the person's desires and concerns, and what look to create. She is passionate about cutting hair...very long to short, classic to 'edgy', curly, wavy or straight!

With 5 years of experience in the hair industry at Razing Hair, I've had the incredible opportunity to train under master stylist Christopher Cook for the past 2 &1/2 years. Every technique, every detail, and every bit of knowledge I've gained has been shaped by his mentorship. I've been lucky enough to train under Moroccanoil, Schwarzkopf, and Euphora, where I learned so much about styling, hair health, and product knowledge really sparked my love for blonding and creative color work. I believe beauty starts from within, love what I do and there's nothing more rewarding than creating real connections with the people who sit in my chair.
